You may read, download and share our published reports for your own business or editorial use. You may not resell them, or republish them in full, without written permission.
Journalists, analysts and researchers are welcome to cite our figures. Please attribute to "Datum Intelligence" with the report name and its publication date, and link to the report page where possible.
Do not present a figure without the base it came from. Where a number carries a sample size or a defined universe, carry that with it. If you are unsure how to frame a figure, ask us and we will help.
Our reports are research, not advice. They describe markets and consumer behaviour as our data shows them at the time of publication. They are not investment, legal, tax or financial advice, and should not be the sole basis for a decision.
Forecasts are estimates. They rest on stated assumptions that may not hold. We revise numbers when better data arrives, and we mark revisions on the report page.
The reports, charts, methodology, site design, the Datum Intelligence name and logo are our property or that of our partners. Co-branded reports remain the joint property of both parties named on the cover.
Some reports include data licensed from third parties, credited in the source lines. Those sources retain their own rights, and their licence terms may restrict redistribution of the underlying data.
We take care to be accurate but do not warrant that every figure is free of error. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the site or the research.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Bengaluru having jurisdiction.
